Moong Dal Soya Methee Badi


Moong dal, Green Soya Leaves , and Green Methi Leaves are combined with common Indian spices to make Badi. The process involves soaking moong dal, mixing it into a thick paste with chopped soya & methi, ground green chilies, and salt, then shaping them into small badi before sun-drying .

  • Asafoetida (Heeng)

  • Ginger (Adrakh)

  • Green Chilies (Hari Mirch)

  • Salt (Namak)

  • Cumin Seeds (Jeera)

  • Coriander Powder (Dhania)

  • Turmeric Powder (Haldi)

  • Black Pepper (Kali Mirch)
